Just in case you didn’t recognise us.

We’ve reimagined and refreshed our brand. The green marble is no more and the only thing that remains is our name and the fact that we’re still providing a crucial service to the industry – and according to this year’s Agency survey, we’re doing it well. Everything else is evolving!

You’ll see our new logo is bold with a focus on our core service, clearance. We’ve been clearing ads for over 50 years now and consider around 60,000 per year, so, it’s our bread and butter. We’re enabling advertisers to get their ads on air every day by giving expert advice, training, and solutions around some of the most ground-breaking ads.

And with our new look, comes our new website. In our recent survey, we asked you to rate our website and we scored high for our content being solutions driven, but low for the design and ease of finding what you need quickly. Some of you suggested the site needed a refresh. Good thing we were already on it!

The new site is full of great content like a video breakdown of the clearance process, news and blogs, info on our premium services, a ‘New to Clearcast’ area, and an improved booking system for our training courses.

You’ll also notice our trusty Knowledge Base has been replaced with a new support Helpdesk for all your specific clearance-focused queries like finding template forms or tech specs.

We’re evolving

There have been some exciting developments happening on our side which you may have heard about recently. With the introduction of our new system, The Clearcast Library, we’re now able to fully QC (technical checks) broadcast-ready files. And with this, we’re able to offer an optional delivery and subtitling service, increasing the speed and efficiencies of getting your ad to air. We’ve already started the onboarding process and look forward to welcoming the rest of you soon. You can read more on The Library here.

We exist to make responsible TV advertising easy and smooth. We love our work and the industry we support and are looking forward to many more years partnering with you in the process.

At the end of the summer, we’ll be celebrating our new look and website in style at our first agency party since 2019, so we’ll see some of you there. If you’ve partied with us before you’ll know not to miss this.
