The Clearcast Library system will be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance, from 8pm Friday 21st June until 8am Monday 24th June 2024.
During this period, it will not be possible to access your Library account or any of its usual functions: viewing submissions, uploading and submitting final TVCs, delivering ads via Clearcast Delivery and requesting Clearcast Subtitles.
If you need to use The Library on Friday 14th June, please do so as early in the day as possible, to allow sufficient time for uploading, QC checks and any potential troubleshooting.
We’ll be using this time to complete essential maintenance on the system, so that it can continue to work effectively. This will take place over the weekend to minimise the amount of disruption to users.
CopyCentral will continue to run as usual, allowing you to continue managing your script and rough cut submissions at any time, 24 hours a day.

Please note that there will be another closure of The Library system later on in the year (along with CopyCentral) when we consolidate the clearance process into the one system – The Library. The date of this is yet to be announced, but we’ll make sure to give plenty of notice ahead of the switchover. Read more about this here.
