A successful switchover to The Library for clearance
We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve successfully transitioned to The Library for all stages of clearance this weekend. Our technology and clearance teams have diligently worked to migrate and test the system, making sure we’re ready to accept your submissions tomorrow morning.
If you have an open submission that you’re working on, don’t worry, this will be carried over to The Library and will be available to continue in the clearance process from tomorrow morning.
This means CopyCentral is no longer available.
Logging into The Library tomorrow
When you attempt to log into The Library, you’ll be presented with the new user terms and conditions that detail the updated usage of The Library, which now covers all clearance stages. By continuing to use The Library, you are indicating that you agree with these terms – please click through to open them.
We also sent the updated Library contract to your organisation’s ‘superuser’ by email on 30th July.
Make sure to take our welcome tour once you log in that shows you round the new functionality within your dashboard.
Clearance in The Library benefits
- You now only have to log in to one system to complete the entire clearance process.
- Your script, rough-cut, and TVC materials are all linked under one campaign (reducing admin).
- You can now manage your clearance on the go (mobile friendly).
