Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9.30am – 5.30pm. If you need to speak to a member of our copy clearance team, please remember they take part in a daily ad viewing meeting that usually runs from around 10am — 12pm – so it might be hard to reach them during this time.

What to do if your usual contact is away?
If your exec is on leave their work will be covered either by one of our cover team or by another member of staff. You can find out who will be covering after around 10:30am by emailing us clearcast_cover@clearcast.co.uk
