Spotted – Clearcast mentioned in the latest ASA TV Ad

The ASA has launched the latest phase of their advertising campaign across various platforms, designed to boost awareness of the regulatory body and enhance public trust in advertising.

This phase marks the return of their previous successful campaign, delivering a clear and powerful message, further enriched by the charming presence of our favourite brands’ iconic taglines. Simples.

Research has found that those who saw their previous campaign were twice as likely to say they tend to trust most ads, more than twice as likely to say they feel positively towards advertising and have a greater trust in ads across all media than those who hadn’t seen their ads. 

So, these campaigns are having an undeniable impact, which the whole industry benefits from.

We’re excited to announce that Clearcast has been featured in the voiceover and the closing frame in the TV ad of this latest campaign. We hope our presence in the ad will help to elevate the sense of security viewers feel watching at home, knowing that the ads they see on TV have been pre-checked by us, and will be investigated by the ASA after broadcast, if needed. Also, that brands feel covered too, and that their reputation is protected by the clearance and regulatory ecosystem.
