For some time now we’ve offered a premium 2-hour clearance service. However, the process has always involved a certain level of pre-planning on both sides, as you’d have to book a dedicated time slot with us in advance.
Thanks to developments with our clearance systems, we’re now able to offer a more streamlined version of this service, with no advance booking required.
This speedy service will only be available for final TVC submissions when a rough cut has already been approved.
2-Hour TVC charges and availability
The clearance will be handled by our Fast Track team. The charge is £1000+VAT per clock (if your rough cut was already on Fast Track, then you’ll be charged £500 for Fast Track and an extra £500 for 2-Hour TVC).
The service will be available for submissions made between 9am-4pm on weekdays (excluding Bank Holidays and other days we’re closed). So, for example, if you upload a TVC at 10am on Monday, and everything matches your approved rough cut, then you’ll have clearance by 12 noon. If you submit outside these times, the 2-hour window will begin at 9am on the next working day.
