A little late to the party, but better to be safe than sorry, this week we’ve returned to the office. We decided after various chats with staff that, like many other companies, a flexible hybrid workweek is the best option for the future.
From today (Monday 13th September), we’ve asked the team to come into the office twice a week minimum on a trial basis. They can choose to work from home or come into the office on the other three days, providing numbers are kept at a safe volume to allow for some social distancing rules which we’ve kept in place.
What does this mean for our clients across the industry, we hear you ask? Nothing!
You can still contact us within our usual opening hours, and you won’t notice a difference in us getting your ads to air quickly. Plus, when it’s safe to do so, once a month, the whole team will be in the office for all-important human interaction, which we’ve dearly missed.
Since we went remote in March 2020, we’ve worked hard to ensure that our copy clearance and Clearcast plus services have been unaffected by the transition. In 2020 we exceeded our targets by feeding back on 97% of your scripts within three days and around 99% of your videos in two days.
The benefits of flexible working on mental health, wellbeing and work-life balance have always been clear and as we return to normality, we’re optimistic that a new working pattern will have a positive impact on us, and the industry too.
