Commercial Services Executive

The role

As we look to build on our TV admin, Delivery and Subtitling services, we need someone with a good track record of supporting advertisers in getting their copy to air. The role falls into key areas, depending on client requirements:

  • TV Admin, Delivery and Subtitling
  • CARIA – ensuring broadcasters receive accurate and timely copy instructions
  • Account management
  • Account set up, billing and agreements within the CRM

What you’ll be doing

  • CARIA – inputting and managing copy rotation instructions. Liaising with clients, publishers and media owners on instructions
  • Maintaining commercial updates agreements (CRM)
  • Onboarding, working with Clients to understand requirements and sending agreements
  • Uploading submissions and orders into The Clearcast Library
  • Liaising with clearance teams
  • Ensuring delivery orders are accurately inputted into The Library
  • Additional requirements as the business grows

Knowledge, skills, experience & attributes

  • Knowledge of CARIA
  • Experience working with a CRM, particularly for billing
  • Knowledge of Subtitling
  • An understanding of industry systems
  • A methodical approach to prioritising work
  • The ability to communicate clearly and proactively with customers and service suppliers
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A demonstratable commercial mindset, with a good understanding of how different functions of the business contribute to profitability and overall success
  • An adaptable approach, with the ability to respond quickly to change, including shifts in customer demands or business priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and reacting quickly to changing circumstances, while maintaining focus on commercial goals

What we offer

£34,240 – £42,800

This position is graded within a salary band and appointments are made at the entry point of that band.

This is a full-time permanent role Monday – Friday 35hrs a week.

We offer hybrid working and ask our full-time employees to attend the office at least two days a week.
