Clearcast's Adway System

• Adway is the hub for our communication with agencies. It’s used for:
  • Script  submissions by agencies
  • Dialogue back and forth about scripts
  • Final approval of scripts by Clearcast
  • Uploading of rough cut and finished commercials by agencies
  • Dialogue about  rough cut and finished commercials
  • Approval of commercials and information about restrictions by Clearcast
• Clearcast is broadcaster, agency and production house neutral and no organisation gets preferential terms. Adway  is a standalone system and not currently integrated with any advertising agency, production house or advertising services  systems. Where opportunities arise for integration they will be made available to third parties on equal terms.

New users. 

To register please contact SysAdmin@clearcast.co.uk or  020 7339 4713. Our Systems Administrator will provide a login, password, agency sort code and organise training. We aim to respond to your request within one working-day. This includes our verification of the eligibility to set up an account – which may slow down the process should the required information not be forthcoming.

If your agency is new to Clearcast, it would be helpful if you could send us a couple of lines, outlining your target group of advertisers and broadcasters.
