In a move to improve the dialogue between advertisers and Clearcast’s consultants, we are introducing the opportunity for advertisers and/or agencies to meet Clearcast’s consultants.
From March 2008, Clearcast will offer, on a quarterly basis, the opportunity to meet consultants for general or specific discussion over scripts and substantiation requirements. The meetings are intended to help facilitate the clearance process. Claims will still need to be substantiated and submitted in writing following the usual clearance procedure.
The meetings may be used to discuss either on-going work or new or future claims and/or product developments. Approval of individual scripts or claims will not be given at these meetings which are to be used for general feedback. Clearcast and its consultants will not be commenting on test methodology.
The consultants, accompanied by a Clearcast representative, will be available on one day each quarter with four meetings scheduled per day. Advertisers are encouraged to contact Clearcast as early as possible to reserve a meeting.
The meetings will take place in central London and a fee will be charged.
