Clearcast has made some small changes to its digital delivery system which hopefully you will find useful. These changes are effective from Monday 14th July and are outlined below.

In order for the development to be deployed ready for Monday 14th, the system will be unavailable from 7pm Friday 11th July. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Transmitted clocks - the system will now visually indicate that a clock has been transmitted by displaying an icon next to that clock. The system will also display the date when the transmission data was last uploaded into the system.

In the next release, the first date of transmission will populate by hovering the curser over the transmitted icon.

Final Action Behaviour - Once a final action has been applied by Clearcast, agency users will not be able to update a script. The only exception to this is in the case of adding substantiation. The status of a script submission will not be affected when substantiation is added.

Withdraw Button - The 'withdraw' button on the asset details page has now been removed from user screens.
